Introduction

Without the goodwill, of other artists, mentors, and family, the art world, would not exist.

From Art School, before and beyond, painting and creating, has fulfilled my life.

The art communities, the classes, the workshops, the instructors,  and artist friends, were beckons of light, welcoming, nourishing the soul, all… cultivating creativity.

The ties and bounds of the art communities, are evermore, important now, especially after the lockdown of 2020, with the Covid-19 pandemic.

As an artist, making art, last year, was difficult, and had almost stopped, as lives were lost, and social injustices erupted. The isolation, and lack of in-person classes, heightened and exposed raw emotions.

Our world has shifted now, although we still have many obstacles, we now have, hope and the opportunities to create.

Soon our art communities, will reopen, to bring, new connections, new compassions, and new beginnings.
